Terms of Service

Threadovo provides tools to generate, review, schedule, and publish social media content. Features, limits, and pricing may change as the product evolves.

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use Threadovo to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that violates the rules of the platforms you connect. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish, and for holding the rights to any material you upload.

Generated output may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published — Threadovo requires explicit approval before anything is posted. We make no warranty that generated content is fit for a particular purpose.

A paid plan is required to create or publish. Plans and add-ons are billed in the currency shown at checkout via our payment processors, and plan quotas reset each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, after which your account and its content remain accessible but generating and publishing pause until you subscribe again. Connected social accounts may be released after a grace period following cancellation. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Publishing and payments rely on third parties (e.g. Zernio, Paystack, Stripe) and on the social platforms you connect. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

You may stop using Threadovo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service and its users.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Threadovo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
