Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 June 2026
This policy explains what data Threadovo collects, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the service.
Who we are
Threadovo (“we”, “us”) provides an AI content-operations platform that helps creators and businesses generate, approve, schedule, and publish social media content. For privacy questions, contact us at privacy@threadovo.app.
Data we collect
Account data: your name, email address, and authentication details. If you sign in with a third party (e.g. Google), we receive your basic profile and verified email.
Content data: prompts, generated media, captions, brand-kit assets, and the posts you create or schedule.
Connection data: the social accounts you link. Publishing is handled by our integration partner (Zernio); the underlying platform access tokens are held by them, not stored by us.
Billing data: plan, currency, and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processors (Paystack and Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
Usage data: logs and metadata needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we use your data
To provide and maintain the service; to generate and publish content at your direction; to process payments and enforce plan limits; to communicate service and security notices; and to detect and prevent abuse.
Sharing and sub-processors
We share data only with service providers that help us operate: AI generation (OpenRouter, fal.ai), publishing (Zernio), payments (Paystack, Stripe), object storage, and email delivery. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and operational needs. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@threadovo.app.
Security
We use encryption in transit, scoped access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and respond promptly to incidents.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
